However for a person looking forward to communicating with Chinese then they need to consider learning the Chinese language which is punctuated differently with English. Knowing the language though does not imply effective communication rather knowing the correct punctuation one can be able to communicate with the other party swiftly. In comparison to the English language, Chinese punctuation are much different.
Most of the time, people are misunderstood for not using the correct punctuation in a sentence. In some nations, one word might have a different meaning in one culture and another area. A full stop is a commonly used punctuation mark in the Chinese language. In the English language, the full stop is used to show that the sentence is over. When writing in Chinese and want to use the full stop, you are supposed to position it in both the vertical and horizontal text that you are writing.
The positioning of the full stop is that one has to place it to the bottom part adjacent to the last character in a sentence. The second punctuation in Chinese is the comma. Chinese language also uses the comma to allow the person reading or speaking to catch a breath in the middle of a longer sentence. Despite the similarities in symbolizing, Chinese, unlike English, do not use a comma to separate numbers. Chine has a different symbol to separate numbers other than using the similar one in their sentences.
